If you're unsatisfied for any reason, you can return your WELLinsulated product within 90 days of purchase.
Please email us (hello@wellinsulated.com) with your order number and reason for return. You must use the provided return label to send back your item. We are unable to accept third-party return labels at this time.
Once we receive your package it may take up to 14 days for the return to be processed.
A $12 return fee will be charged for items returned after 30 days of delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: Misuse or abuse allows us the right to void this policy.

Any credit for items returned from a gift order will be issued to the original purchaser.
