We currently ship within the United States only and do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed by 10:00 am ET typically ship the same business day; orders placed after 10:00 am ET typically ship the next business day.
Standard shipping is free. Expedited shipping is available for a flat rate of $35 and is delivered in 1–2 business days after shipment.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, which may take up to 24 hours to update. Delivery timelines are estimates, and we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please confirm your shipping address at checkout, as additional shipping fees may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your WELLinsulated product within 90 days of purchase.
To start a return, please email hello@wellinsulated.com - make sure to include your order number and reason for return.
We will provide a return label, and you must use this label to send your item back. We are unable to accept third-party return labels at this time. Once your return is received, please allow up to 14 days for processing. A $12 return fee will be charged for items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
