We offer free returns on all U.S. orders. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your WELLinsulated product within 90 days of purchase.
To start a return, please email hello@wellinsulated.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. Please use the provided label to send your item back — we cannot accept third-party return labels.
Once your return is received, please allow up to 14 days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.
