We currently ship to U.S. addresses in the contiguous 48 states and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses.
We process and complete orders as quickly as possible. If you have any modification requests or need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify, but we will try our best to accommodate all requests.
Gift messages can be included on the packing slip of any order at no extra charge. As a default, we do not include any pricing in our packages.

A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the transaction. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of damaged items.
Product Care & Information
Products can be cleaned by simply using a wet cloth (no chemicals, solvents, etc).
Our Moisture Absorbing Pods help remove unwanted moisture, keeping your products working the way their supposed to. Even small amounts of moisture can cause your products to go bad or lead to mold, mildew and corrosion. High humidity in warm climates or steamy bathrooms can weaken the active ingredients in your products, making them worthless.
Inside the silver case are two packets that contain our indicating, renewable moisture absorbing beads. As the beads absorb harmful moisture, they will begin to change color from orange to dark green. When the entire packet turns dark green that is your signal to recharge them. (See recharging instructions below).
Conventional Oven (recommended): Remove packets from their silver case. Preheat oven to 200 - 240ºF. Place packets on foil-lined baking sheet and place on center rack in oven for 2-3 hours. Packets will return to their original orange color. Remove the packets from the oven and allow them to cool completely. DO NOT place in oven over 250ºF for any reason!
Microwave Oven: Remove packets from their silver case. Place packets on a microwave-safe plate, then place in the center of the microwave oven. Set power to LOW+ run for 30 seconds - 2 minutes, rotating product halfway through if microwave does not have a carousel. Packets will return to their original orange color. Allow packets to cool completely before placing them back in the silver case.
All of our bags are water-resistant but to prolong the life of our products we recommend minimizing exposure to water and direct sunlight. WELLinsulated® products are not waterproof, mostly due to the zippers and seams being stitched rather than heat sealed.
